With Rampage Jackson playing BA Baracus in the remake of the A-Team screwing up the TUF 10 Finale and now Cung Le relinquishing his Strikeforce title to play in another movie role, is MMA losing its credibility?
Several WWE superstars have successfully crossed over, but no one actually considers WWE anything more than just entertainment. MMA on the other hand has grown due to the reality of one guy actually beating up his opponent without a predetermined outcome. Now that MMA stars are popping up in movies, will it create the wrong message?
I think it does and it could eventually lead to a decline in the sport.
